When will my order be dispatched?

All UK orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail tracked 48 within 2-5 working days.

All international and worldwide orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail standard within 2-5 working days.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For UK orders, Royal Mail tracked 48 takes approximately 2-3 working days for orders to arrive after dispatch.

For international and worldwide orders, Royal Mail standard takes approximately 3-7 working days for orders to arrive after dispatch.

Please note that these are estimates provided by Royal Mail, and delays may occur during busy periods, bank holidays and strikes. I am not responsible for shipping delays.


Do you cover customs, duties and taxes?

Buyers are solely responsible for customs, duties and taxes they may receive upon delivery.


Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Unfortunately shipping addresses cannot be amended after placing an order. If you need to update your shipping address, you can cancel your existing order then place a new order with your updated shipping address.


What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If it has been more than 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) and your order has not arrived, please get in touch with me and I will help you chase this up.


Can I cancel my order?

As a customer, you are free to cancel your order within 24 hours and you will be refunded to your original payment method. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted as your order may already be in progress.


Can I return my order?

Sage and Soul accepts returns within 7 days if the goods are not used, changed, washed, or otherwise manipulated. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, which should be unaltered and in good condition. Returns that do not meet this requirement may not be accepted.

No goods may be returned without the prior written consent of Sage and Soul. All returns are subject to a return charge, which must be covered by the customer. This applies to all returns unless the item is faulty, or an error was made on my part.
